An automation is worth building when a person is spending their judgement on a task that does not need it: filing the same fields, classifying the same documents, drafting a first pass that a reviewer will correct. The decision stays with the person. The machine takes the repetition.

GeoNovation connects that kind of automation to the systems you already operate. Drupal is the usual centre, because that is where the content, the workflow, and the permission already live. Other systems join when they are the real source of the work. We do not stand up a chatbot beside the platform and call it a strategy.

Designed around the existing workflow

The first question is the step a person repeats and the rule they use when they do it. If the rule can be stated, the automation can be reviewed. A human still approves the result where the cost of a wrong answer is high: a publication, a record that leaves the organisation, a classification that changes who can see a document.

Integration is the larger part of the effort. The model is only useful if it can read the node, the file, or the queue, and write back into a field an editor can correct. We build that connection, log what the automation did, and leave a way to turn it off. The platform remains operable when the model, the vendor, or the prompt changes.

What we will not pretend
